Nhằm đảm bảo sự công bằng, minh bạch và thống nhất trong công tác xét thưởng công bố khoa học, Trường Đại học Công nghệ Đông Á ban hành hướng dẫn tính tỷ lệ khen thưởng đối với các bài báo khoa học có nhiều địa chỉ công tác (affiliation).

1. Đối tượng áp dụng

• Cán bộ, giảng viên cơ hữu của Trường có công bố quốc tế ghi địa chỉ công tác:  “East Asia University of Technology, Vietnam.”
• Chuyên gia hợp tác nghiên cứu (Research Fellow) có hợp đồng/Quyết định ký với Trường được xét thưởng như cán bộ cơ hữu nếu có đồng tác giả là cán bộ của Trường.
• Giảng viên thỉnh giảng không thuộc diện xét thưởng, trừ khi có thỏa thuận hợp tác nghiên cứu được Hiệu trưởng phê duyệt.
  

2. Tỷ lệ thưởng theo số lượng affiliation

Số lượng Affiliation	Tỷ lệ thưởng
1 (chỉ EAUT)	100% mức thưởng
2	50% mức thưởng
3	1/3 mức thưởng
>3	Theo tỷ lệ tương ứng

 

3. Quy định khi công bố

• Ghi đúng tên Trường bằng tiếng Anh: “East Asia University of Technology, Vietnam.”
• Sử dụng email công vụ của Trường khi gửi và xuất bản bài báo.
• Khuyến khích đăng ký và sử dụng ORCID, đồng thời cập nhật công bố trên Google Scholar cá nhân để đảm bảo minh bạch và thuận tiện cho thống kê.

4. Hồ sơ và thời hạn xét thưởng

• Hồ sơ xét thưởng gửi về Phòng Nghiên cứu Khoa học kèm minh chứng, theo hướng dẫn tại đường link:  Biểu mẫu kê khai
• Hồ sơ phải được nộp trong vòng 01 năm kể từ ngày bài báo được xuất bản trực tuyến và có DOI.
• Quy định áp dụng từ ngày 28/9/2025.

Đề nghị toàn thể cán bộ, giảng viên nghiêm túc thực hiện để đảm bảo quyền lợi cá nhân và uy tín của Trường.

ANNOUNCEMENT: GUIDELINES FOR REWARD EVALUATION OF RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS WITH MULTIPLE AFFILIATIONS

To ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in the evaluation of research publication rewards, East Asia University of Technology (EAUT) has issued guidelines on calculating the reward ratio for research papers with multiple institutional affiliations.

1. Applicable Subjects

• Full-time staff and lecturers of EAUT with international publications listing the affiliation:  “East Asia University of Technology, Vietnam.”
• Research Fellows with a valid contract or appointment decision with EAUT are eligible for the same reward as full-time staff if the publication includes a co-author from EAUT.
• Visiting lecturers are not eligible for rewards unless there is an officially approved research cooperation agreement.

2. Reward Ratio by Number of Affiliations

1 (EAUT only)	100% of the reward
2	50% of the reward
3	1/3 of the reward
>3	Proportional to the number of affiliations

 

3. Publication Requirements

• Authors must use the official English name of the University: “East Asia University of Technology, Vietnam.”
• Official EAUT email must be used during submission and publication.
• Authors are encouraged to register an ORCID and update their works on Google Scholar to enhance transparency and research visibility.
  

4. Submission and Deadline

• Applications should be submitted to the Department of Scientific Research with all required documents via the provided link:  Application Form Link
• Submissions must be made within one (01) year from the online publication date with a valid DOI.
• These regulations take effect from September 28, 2025.
